There are legal teams that have to clear everything said... they err on the side of caution and a lot gets left on the cutting room floor. Trying to reword means back for another review, where the same thing will likely happen, ad infinitum.

Or you can just put out a PR that hits the major bullet points and hope your investors have both some intelligence and emotional fortitude.
