Not surprising - "Dark or Defunct" status and "Stop Sign" status has many people very nervous and cautious about buying and holding.
The history of "stinky pinkies in the otc sewer" is a huge book of "rip offs" and "scams" and "ponzi schemes".
Only a small group of people believe 100% in Dr Dalton and 100% in His vision and 100% in His dream and this small group is out of money to buy more !!
Most do NOT believe and that is why it is so easy to cause panic when the price goes down 1 or 2 ticks.
All my own opinion.
