Just "playing" with the data to have some fun:
This is one possible scenario where the SA's and SAE's are exclusive (still not sure if they are included or not).
Total of 19 patiets with >= 1 events and 6 patients with a total of 11 Severe (placebo)
Total of 24 patients with with >= 1 events and 5 patients having a total of 8 severe
I assumed severe as 3 points and distributed mild and moderate equally (1 and 2 points).

Averages: 1.929 (placebo) and 0.946 (leronlimab) respectively

NOTE: I am just playing with the safety data given. The distribution is completely random as is the partition between mild and moderate. Also, it is not clear if this end of 14 days data or "during trial data". I did this just to have my own p-value for "educated guess" reasons. I tough of sharing it as some of you might find it useful.
Not for trading purposes.
