I do hope this is not another instance of NP setting and the missing an expectation. I would like to think that he was able to make that statement with confidence.

From what Ive been able to gather, once the data was locked the analysis is fairly quick. And the data is considered material information that they are required to deliver within a few days.

So, while I am not overly confident that we will get it in the morning, I am confident enough that I am waking up at 3:00 AM to check.
