The idea that CYDY should buy Incelldx has been debated and put to rest numerous times on this board and by NP during interviews. CYDY is a biotech and not a diagnostics company. The goal of CYDY is to push leronlimab through the regulatory process. CYDY is building a scientific board to support that process. CYDY does not need a diagnostics branch and diagnostics should be separate to avoid conflict of interest. To be clear, CYDY will never purchase Incelldx.
