Gbonation, this is critical information, and blood work is a commodity, simple. IncellDX served us well in infancy but having all of our testing tied into one brick and mortar building/company is a bit daft at some point in our growth. My supply chain thinking is hard at work here and a diverse set of testing facilities spread across the map has to be a logistical benefit for many reasons, cost being a big part of that, hospital/doctor access and familiarity with "lab connect" partners is another.
Besides, most of Dr P tests, by his own words, were done on a Cytoflex LX made by Beckman Coulter. Anyone who owns one of these machines can produce what amounts to a commodity service often driven to the low cost provider.
When volume in business is high there are only a few options, expand or raise prices, Dr P apparently raised his prices and Nader expanded his access.
