As I mentioned yesterday, this question if people know the trial data before the public knows and the stock trades on Monday is a big deal. This leaves folks to be tempted by material information and insider trading. Based on yesterday's Proactive, he seemed to be saying the data is going to be good. Tonight he is saying he has not seen the data. The latter is the better answer since the announcement will not come till Tuesday.

Do we think he really has no idea? I want to say he may not have the data, but someone has indicated to him its decent. Multiple appearances including BP on Monday support it.
