Rough day yesterday for Doctor Dalton and America. Two American pillar's of Civil Rights and leaders in our country passed away.
We lost John Robert Lewis to cancer and the Reverend C.T. Vivian at 95. These men helped create change in the way people in the U.S. and world think about other ethnicities. They helped make it far more possible for minority people to get better educations, created needed public dialogue, crafted a strong core of minority leadership and brought welcome changes to our countries laws and the publics perception of others. Both were arrested briefly dozens of times for peaceful protests working to effect change. We owe them a lot.
