Just a thought:
IF the Reg-A is approved, it will dilute us by 200%, so that each of our shares will be only 33% as much of the OS as they were before. HOWEVER, there should be no excuse for Kay diluting any further in any other way after THAT. So, theoretically, whatever price Reg-A shares are sold at, that should put in a sort of bottom.
Does anyone know how long these things take to get approved or denied?
