Do you have certain comments from the call in mind that could be problematic for the S-1? These comments were made in a public forum, so sweeping them under the rug by not posting the transcript might be helpful in hiding them... but anyone who wants to hurt GNBT who was on the call will still have heard them.
Meanwhile, patient investors like myself who couldn’t make the call are not privy to any of the info from the call. I am still highly disturbed by either Joe’s ignorance of the SEC NGIO letters or his blatant sense that WE were ignorant of them, and I’m not sure which is worse.
I’ve been waiting to hear Joe’s actual exchange with the caller before sending him an email on this topic.
As others have said here, there is no one except Joe that touts the “100s of millions” in value in NGIO. No one outside GNBT/NGIO seems to agree, as far as the evidence we can see to date suggests. So our trust in Joe is all we have to rely on for the ONLY real lever Joe has to pull right now, with Excellagen stuck in the mud. Therefore, I want to hear his response to the issue on the call... because my trust is shaken right now based on comments here from the call.
If I lose trust in Joe, I’m gone.
