I am not the guy. Having said that, I see the recent stair steps to this level as fairly organized and not out of line for several technical indicators, RSI being one of them.
For me a simple rule of thumb is when my heart is pounding and I can't believe my eyes and start seeing sugar plums and wanting to dance around my desk, lol. I sold some CYDY at $8.15 for that reason alone.
That happened yesterday too when I sold HTBX at $2.19 because of the RSI overbought at 90+ and my 157% gain in just a few days. It is way up premarket this morning, ugh, it can be silly to get off a running covid horse when everyone is chasing the "hot" stock du jour I will re-enter if it gets a serious pull back, or not and be happy with my gains.
Thinking about dumping it into more CYDY
