Both vaccines and therapeutics will be needed. I would much rather have the world vaccinated against covid and allow Leronlimab to be used for HIV and Cancer.

The expertise gained in the Covid vaccination development will benefit the world in the future. Who knows, maybe an HIV vaccine.
