I bet there isn't much that can be done. They will say in many ways that the pinks/OTC is risky and everyone knows that, and you shouldn't invest more than what you can afford to lose, and you had the opportunity to take some profits but you didn't. SFOR mgmt has the control from a voting rights standpoint too.
