I don’t agree with this statement. NP said the response to the application for NASDAQ could take 4-6 weeks, maybe longer if they ask for more information or a correction. IMO, as long as the data is good and released before the time the application is approved, up listing will happen. The data being released next week or the week after will not matter as long as the data is good.
