That is a show of confidence but imo pales in comparison to NP the Cytodyn board and affiliates approving the order 1.3 million vials of Leronlimab from Samsung about 3 months ago. I still don't think everyone understands the gravity of that order. What group of individuals within our company would even remotely consider doing that unless they knew for a fact we will need them soon.
