I wonder why the timing of these PRs has shifted from 6am ET -- to some number of hours after market close.

I suppose it provides more time for the information to percolate through the message boards and traders who might not otherwise see these releases.

Alternatively, maybe Cristina De Leon just doesn't like getting up at 3am.

Either way, somehow it doesn't feel like it has quite the same impact -- but I'm probably wrong about that.
