I sure agree that they repeatedly overwrite/breach their own decisions and requirements, but there is just no (legal) accountability (or hardly any). I suppose they can always find a reason why they changed their mind and demanded this or that...


I saw the possibility of filing under protest, and found it interesting, but I don't think they will try this...Well, as you write, perhaps if we get the spotlight...
