Hi everybody. Would you guys or gals please suggest a brokerage firm with a good L2 for otc stocks for my sister in law? I thought scottrade would be good but i think their L2 works only on the big boards like nasdaq. Etrade i dont think has one for penny stocks and tdameritrades L2 on their mobile app is no longer good for pennystocks. Need help for her as soon as possible please. Thank you.
