In project management you take the best case scenario, worst case scenario. Most likely scenario. Weigh the most likely by a factor of 6 and average. It gives a pretty good indication on where things go. I personally find that the calculations err on a positive outcome for Leron. Approval and use with other grug treatments in combo and in some patients it will be mono treatment.
