In the past it has taken weeks before the paperwork was finalized, and then more time after that before it was announced. They may be moving a lot faster now, especially since they want to be seen doing something -- but hey, IT'S GOVERNMENT. It always takes longer than you'd think -- even if IPIX did apply to this program, which we don't know.
