Joe is about having options apparently. What do the exchanges bring to the table when it is negotiation time. Exchange rules and fees are negotiable. Certain things can be waived altogether. I think Joe expects NGIO to be a desirable addition to either exchange and he looks forward to negotiating the best deal he can.
