I agree. So, I find myself asking why would they do this? It could be that they are intentionally delaying HIV, but I think that may be too simple of an explanation (although the most simple explanation is usually the correct one).
Or, it could be that they simply want to get as much safety data as is possible, to justify future approvals. It's a stretch, I know.
