Maybe just maybe the BOD feel they will have a favorable Market cap that the big board is where it be.....easier to get on Power Lunch with Maria B....
Better yet just maybe that " public vehicle" that was supposed to be merged with last october 2019 is already on the NYSE n it will make it easier to merge with in 2020....
