The Nasdaq has options for lower requirements also, including one where the PPS only has to be $2. I wonder if there is something else going on with the Nasdaq where they don't want us? Just speculation, and I have no idea why that would be. Maybe we would have a fresh start with no old baggage on the NYSE.
