I see some angst over the 700mg request by the FDA. Even though it might delay the HIV combo BLA it may speed up every other indication we have. The FDA may just be doing us a huge favor. I gotta believe 700 mg will be the most effective dose for every other indication cancer, covid, gvhd, mono etc... Accept it once, then they should be able to just breeze through it for every other indication.
