False. CYDY will run a phase 3 mono trial as NP has stated numerous times. He even stated on a recent CC that mono therapy cannot be approved without a phase 3.
Off-label sounds great, but it won’t be that widely used, it at all. Transitions an HIV patient from daily pills to a once a week injection has risks and I doubt many doctors are willing to take that risk with a drug that’s only approved for combo.
