great point you brought up.
a simple press release will not be the best way..
it needs a grand entrance usually its done by opening the markets by RINGING IN THE TRADING DAY.WITH IMPORTANT PEOPLE.
like Housing secretary Dr ben carson or as you say maybe buffett and others.
sounds logical to me.
