btw, even before the replies to the post suggesting the MIT product might be ours I didnt think so -
I dont remember anything about an association between MIT and NNLX, even though Bret might've mentioned MIT a long time ago in association with a number of other companies, as noted.
plus the MIT test is an antigen test, which from the article itself is worse than a PCR test
on the positive side the patent pending status protects NNLX from IP theft attempts-so such should give NNLX enough flexibility to go forward.
I have seen a number of actual products sold retail which state patent pending-and that was long before the expedited patent process for covid related products
