NEW MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

AND ELECTS NEW CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Paul Mueller Company (OTC: MUEL) announces today that Jack Stack, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SRC Holdings Corp., has been appointed to its board of directors, effective immediately.

Jack Stack brings with him 44 years of manufacturing and leadership experience. He has co-authored two books on associate engagement and participation which have been used in businesses throughout the world.  During his career, he has served on numerous business and community boards.

John J. Ghirardelli, current chairman of the Nominating and Compensation Committee, was elected chairman of the board at a board meeting held on February 11, 2013.
