I hope everybody here clicked that link and read what Irishvox had to say. That is exactly the bureaucracy that is faced by any small biotech (and probably, any big bio as well). It's those "hoops" that delay these processes and inflate the cost, which is why securing funding is so important. GNBT is certainly not immune to them. I suspect the hoops with the SEC are similar, if not more complex.

Anybody expecting this to be a quick and painless process is going to be sorely disappointed, IMO.
