I don't get it either. Great news.
Might have to do with timing tho, hard to have an open price offering and be sending out good info at the same time. Almost counter productive and sends out the wrong msg. . They should have tagged a price to the offering and THEN started the PRs.
Why would institutions/people purchase in the financing when they can buy in the market especially when there is not incentive/warrant.
Just a little frustration especially with good news and a great interview.
Anyway maybe time to forget about it for a month and see how it plays out.
