Yes, that is true but you were talking about 2 different things. Right now, we know there will be 400M shares but we don't know what the price will be, so they can not put shares to Oasis to get money. However, when they get the approval to go public, then the investment bank will get indications of interest and then determine a price to come out with on the IPO. So yes, the investment banker (with indications) will determine the price, but we have NO idea what that will be right now.
