AMBS owns 30% of Avant.
Avant currently owns 4,441,400,000 shares of OncBioMune (i.e., 53.51% of the 8.3 billion fully diluted shares of OncBioMune).
So AMBS indirectly owns 1,332,420,000 shares of OncBioMune (i.e., 16.05% of the 8.3 billion fully diluted shares of OncBioMune)
