If I had to guess, they are just completely consumed with the next step in front of them. However, I am confident that BP and JL have considered this.

I would imagine (again assuming Leronlimab works as well as we think) that this will roll out in phases. First to treat Severe, then mild to moderate, then prophylaxis for our front line workers, and then eventually as a widespread, easily available prophylaxis.

Admittedly, we are getting well ahead of ourselves here, but I dont think this is wild speculation at this point. With that said, the amount of scaling to treat the entire population of mild to moderate is considerably smaller than the scale needed to treat the entire population as a prophylaxis.
