Good question. They can only own up to a certain percentage of stock I thought.
Not sure how the decision on what the opening price of stock would be set at, but didn't Joe at one time say that banks or whomever would decide what the price for open would be on the stock would be, so then he could 'technically' use that price as an agreement to give the number of shares by and go from there?
I'm just throwing that out there, because I have no clue.
