Intent is often lost in the written word, so if I tell you to go jump off a...just kidding.
My longer view is mab's have evolved to the point they are being produced across the board at various levels of manufacturing, some even in rather small batches in wholly owned CGMP facilities at individual companies. My understanding is replication of a mab may/can be done from the original too. And if the government waves it's majic wand then the speed goes mach 10.
The samsung license agreement may have been what was indicated as potentially taking time, the devil is in the details of international contract law. And never let it be said NP would pass up an opportunity to brag a wee bit on what he has accomplished, lol.
The google search was simply a volume of mab data available showing it has become rather ubiquitous.
