The bigger news will be when PHIL can actually PR releasing LUX FUNDS
for one or more of these Real Estate Projects with Hoang Quan Group .
This PR is just the MOU so it wont move the stock "YET", but it does
show CEO Henry is setting the stage for BIG THINGS to come imo.
