yes, i am not sure if i got all of these numbers correct.
for sure the number of 700 milligram patients dosed in the montherapy trial is more than 125 as of today.
that's the total number of 700 milligram patients dosed in the trial.
i also thought i heard them say that when the FDA initiated the move to 700 milligrams for the combo BLA, the FDA said something to the effect of "Dose 50 patients in the mono trial and we can use that for safety in the combo BLA." i am pretty sure that's what i heard but not certain.
