Not exactly. I suspect the data has been received, and they are inputting it now. Once the input is complete, and double/triple checked, they lock the data.

This eliminates the potential for it to be altered. Once locked, it is unblinded and analysis can begin.

I dont think they would state that it will be locked in a few days unless the data had already been received.
