Thanks for posting this, I don't understand how you can access this info and the rest of us can only get it from you.
So, first, the last the rest of us heard, they were about to start beta testing on this, which will take some time. Since we don't do marketing, if that's successful it will have to then go to the channel partners for them to test. Then to potential customers for them to test. Then be sold and wait on payments. Since we're still waiting for proceeds from the Gallagher deal that was announced, what, 6 months ago, I assume this all will take a while.
Second, this offering was made on 7/1 when share price was .12. Who's going to now buy the shares at .11 in this offering, when they can currently be had at about .07 on the open market? How are we going to get back to .12 in the interim to make this offer attractive. So, more time will elapse until that milestone can be reached to then underwrite this new endeavor.
Finally, this, as usual:
"Notwithstanding the foregoing (spending it on the new software), our management will have broad discretion over how these proceeds are used." nuff said.
