I am just curious. If Henry already had a waiver to travel, did they revoke it? I see nothing on the embassy/consulate site saying critical workers and others are no longer eligible for travel exemptions. I thought someone said once that Henry has citizenship in VN. If this is true, why did he need a waiver? Does anyone know where the new 08/01 restrictions are posted? Thanks!
