I read an article the other day, I can’t find it now. Anyway, in this article, CEPI said that they are not interested in new technology on vaccine because they think it would take longer to produce those as new equipment/tools have to be made and it would take longer to produce vaccine so they prefer to stick to the existing technologies as all the manufacturing facilities are already in place.

So I am guessing that’s why Gnbt didn’t get funding from CEPI.

Hopefully BARDA/health Canada/Malaysia would give us some funding...after all, there were many meetings that took place prior to submitting applications...you would think they are at least interested in our technology.
