That note was a surprise to me also. If it's one of the two May conversions we were told those were paid off - it it's another note it's one we were not tracking.

It's relatively small but they all add to the shares outstanding and we don't have any idea of the terms of this one if it is"new" to us. Disappointing to be sure.

Be nice if a PR didn't produce more questions than answers.
