Reality check: the contractor hired to file the BLA effed up big time. OR the people involved in the BLA review at the FDA did. NP is the messenger in this case and a lot of investors here are irrationally blaming him.

I am curious to know what info is missing. The FDA responding with an RTF (when they told the Company a PDUFA date could be given) tells me they didn't catch the missing info until late....or maybe someone on the FDA's BLA review board purposely sat on it knowing the opportunity it would give to shorts or others who want to keep CYDY down.
