I'm not really certain why there is a need for them to release news (news is your word not mine). If holy cow is all you got then nothing would be best.
Dr. Rogers background seem to add a market view understanding of what works and why, BioMotiv may not have been the right fit but Rogers certainly seems to have experience at getting an idea to market.
