Recent exchanges with Dr. BP:
Too much speculation on this board, would prefer reading factual analysis, so I thought I would clear up some of it based on direct exchanges with him:
- First speculation, yes, he will be on Dr. Been “this” coming week. Did not specify exact date and time.
- Second, regarding the publication date and status of his paper. Additional requested information and revisions have been submitted. None of this is being synchronized with anything externally that everyone is speculating.
- He then remarked that “... this discussion of manuscripts is getting ridiculous... he has published over 150 publications... this time it is no different... normally it takes 4-6 months... maybe sooner this time”
- Sounded like he has no control over the publication date and all this speculation of synchronous release with trial results makes no sense to me.
Anyway, just thought I would try to clear up what I heard from him.
