I am not clear on what can be discussed between the time data is completed and FDA responds. Based on what other companies have done it seems fairly open.

Obviously I want them to follow all rules. My speculation is based on the fact that BP has been quiet as of late. Coincidence? Possibly.

Or perhaps we are exiting a period where he was intentionally quiet.
