Before/After Pics: OTC Markets Updates 7/11/2020:
Pic 1 shows the changes we first saw to OTC Markets on 7/11/2020. The Transfer Agent shield is now green. There is now a verification shield next to the updated share structure numbers, and the dates are now current and reflect the last business day the transfer agent/market was open, July 10th.
Pic 2 shows the numbers and dates before this change. The verification shield is not next to the numbers, and the dates are very stale. There was also no Transfer Agent Verified shield where we now have one.
Now that we have this new verification we know that Doc was right on when he said there was no change in the share structure. We now have the signal that everyone was waiting for that says Doc is proceeding with the shell and getting it ready to uplist. Filings should come very soon now, IMO.
