They said it was expected to happen in 1H 2020.
We're 11 days into Q3 or 2H20 however you want to view it.
TODOS is expected to uplist then the rest of the 30% is "supposed" to close.
I can see your point if the 30% was given preUplIst and there was an RS and things went totally south afterwards. It would end up being lower than @49%.
How everything has been playing out with TODOS so far, I'm seeing a different year and a different path.
Things are coming together.
