You bring up a great point. I have never shared this before but several months ago I asked Doc if there is any reason why we can't go OTC current until we are ready to Uplist to the NASDAQ? His answer was that we had many things that had to get done (he lists many of them below) and that it would have taken much longer (imagine longer than this?) if we would have been current. It is true that there is much greater freedom at accomplishing all sorts of corporate actions and transactions while being off the radar. Imagine that what Doc lists below is just a piece of the Univec pie? Day to day, our time to shine is almost at hand. Glad to know it is past us! Locked and loaded!
